Unfortunately, the Osmo P7 gimbal I ordered couldn’t be balanced on the Neewer frame provided for my smartphone, so I had to return it.
Foto Erhardt even provided a return label. Just two hours after receiving the return, it was confirmed, and the purchase price was refunded to my account one day later.

I ordered a Fujifilm XT30 II in December. It was out of stock at the time, or rather, the delivery date was uncertain. I was already aware of this and prepared for long waits. I was always updated via email regarding my order.
To my surprise, the camera arrived faster than I expected.
I am completely satisfied with the service and delivery and would order from them again.
